Last Light is an endless bike-riding game. You can play without creating an account. This policy describes the Android app and web game.
Your public username, scores, selected road, crew upgrades, age group and settings are stored on your device. The first-run age screen saves a broad age group only on that device; no date of birth or age group is sent to our score service. The public Android beta is intended for ages 13 and over, with a parent or carer supervising younger teens. Clearing the app's storage or the website's local data removes this local progress.
When the online leaderboard is connected, the game sends your public username, road, crew type, distance, points, playing time and continue checkpoints to our server. Your username, scores and continue count appear publicly with the map on one worldwide leaderboard across all roads. You can type a nickname or shuffle a suggestion. The server reserves usernames case-insensitively to prevent duplicate claims. Do not use a real name or personal information. Each attempt has a random identifier used to keep its results and continues together. A separate random installation key saved on your device links your attempts so we can show your highest score and worldwide position. The server stores a one-way hash of that key and never publishes the key or its hash. This is not a Google account or advertising identifier; clearing app data creates a new player identity.
Cloudflare hosts the score service and processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Scores are kept until removed. Contact us to request removal of a leaderboard result and include its username, road, score and approximate date. We may need information to identify the correct result. Older unverified nicknames remain masked with generated names.
Restarting is free and never requires an advert. If rewarded adverts are available, you can choose to watch one to continue after a crash. Android uses Google AdMob; the web version uses Google H5 Games Ads. These services may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect adverts. An ad completion is used to grant the continue. We do not sell your personal information.
Where required, Google presents privacy choices before adverts can be requested. Use Ad choices in the Android menu to revisit the available choices. Availability and consent requirements depend on the configured publisher service and your region. Test builds use Google's test inventory and keep practice scores off the shared board.
Read Google's privacy policy, how Google uses partner-app information, and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The game needs internet access for shared scores and optional adverts. It does not request your contacts, microphone, camera or precise device location. It has no messaging system, account registration or in-app purchases. Android advertising-ID and AdServices permissions are removed from the app. The Android ad configuration applies child-directed, under-age-of-consent and general-audience ad settings to every player.
The signup page at lastlight.snoaper.uk is for adults aged 18 or over, including parents who supervise younger teens aged 13 and over during testing. Signup takes place in the Last Light Android Testers Google Group using your Google account. Snoaper does not collect a separate password or store an email signup list on this website. Google processes the account and group membership information; the group owner can see the member list and email addresses. Membership is used to manage Android testing eligibility and is separate from Google's Play testing opt-in.
As selected by the group owner, anyone on the web can find the group, join, view conversations and post. Only group owners can view the member list. Posts and their author information can be public: do not post children's names, contact details or other private information. Send private feedback directly to our support email instead. You may leave the Google Group at any time and manage or delete your posts using Google's controls. Contact us for help removing beta information we control.
This signup page does not run advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Cloudflare processes network information to serve and protect the page. The adult confirmation checkbox is a statement by the visitor, not an identity or parental-consent verification service. The game and ad providers have their own age-appropriate controls, described above.
You can restart instead of watching an advert, shuffle your public username, clear local progress through your device or browser settings, and contact us about access, correction or deletion of game data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to your data protection authority.
